The Memoscopio team came together in 2009 after years of collaboration and friendship in Santiago de Chile and in New York City.
Antonia Devoto Lyon is a Chilean sociologist who received her BA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2007. She now lives in Mendoza, Argentina, where she is an activist and teacher of indigenous weaving. (antoniadevotol at gmail.com)
Carolina Villar Castillo is a visual artist and web and multimedia designer from Santiago de Chile. In 1996 she completed her studies in marketing at the University of Santiago and became a volunteer with the humanist movement. In 2006 years she joined the artistic collective Antoja. Marco Battistella is a programmer and activist who grew up in Milan, Italy. He moved to New York in 1994 and since then has worked on numerous projects involving nonviolent activism and the Internet. Carolina Muñoz Proto is a doctoral candidate in Social/Personality Psychology at the CUNY Graduate Center, where she is affiliated to the Public Science Project.
